Arriving with my two children, aged 5 and 14, we found the rooms easily accessible by lift, ensuring a smooth check-in after a long journey. The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home.The activities catered to all age ranges. My youngest enjoyed the supervised play sessions - a blessing for us parents! My teenager had a blast at the pool, suitable for all age groups. Family time at the spa was a highlight, with special treatments for parents and children alike - a rare find!Exploring Hamburg's attractions was a breeze thanks to the hotel's convenient location. We effortlessly visited the Miniatur Wunderland - a hit with the kids! The comfortable beds offered a rejuvenating night's sleep, preparing us for another day of family adventures.Grateful for the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, we left Concordia with cherished memories.
